Freedom Won (Pty) Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethical conduct. Freedom Won (Pty) Ltd Whistleblowing Reporting Facility is independently managed by Statucor (Pty) Ltd.

The Whistleblowing Hotline Facility is established:

  • to encourage employees and workers to raise serious concerns relating to specific matters such as fraud, corruption and unethical behaviour;
  • as an organisational tool allowing the reporting of information that can improve processes, resolve matters, prevent financial losses and facilitate the development of controls that will aid in the detection and prevention of fraud, corruption and unethical behaviour;
  • to ensure consistent and effective investigation, reporting and disclosure and minimization of fraud, corruption and unethical or unlawful activities; and
  • to provide for an anonymous, safe and confidential medium in which stakeholders may report wrongful ongoings within the organisation.

  • Criminal Offences, unlawful and unethical conduct;
  • Bribery, corruption, fraud, theft, malpractice, improper action, questionable accounting or auditing matters and any similar wrong doings;
  • Substantial failure to comply with legal obligations to which the company or a person is subject to;
  • Activities or ongoings that endanger an individual or individuals’ health and safety;
  • Activities or ongoings that may be environmentally damaging;
  • Unfair discrimination; intimidation, harassment, coercion, bullying and discrimination;
  • Deliberate concealment of matters pertaining to the above.
  • Employees and Workers may raise concerns with our Human Resource department, their line managers or senior manager;
  • Wrongful ongoings may be reported anonymously and confidentially through the Statucor Whistleblowing Hotline on the above contact particulars;
  • Concerns can be raised verbally or in writing.
  • The nature and particulars of the complaint, wrongdoings, activities or conduct and particulars of how long or often the conduct has or is occurring;
  • Location, dates and times of the event or events together with particulars of any assets or money involved;
  • Particulars of the parties involved including names, designations and area/branch of operations as well as that of any eyewitnesses if any;
  • Copies of or references to documents, photos or other evidentiary or subjective material and information available pertaining to the matter;
  • Any other information or documents that may assist the investigative process.
